Baseball Development Program
Developing as an athlete takes more than just showing up—it requires a complete, well-rounded plan.
This all-inclusive summer program is designed to help athletes improve in every area that matters: speed, agility, strength, and sport-specific skill development. Instead of piecing things together, your athlete will follow a structured system built for real, measurable progress.
Every athlete is coached as an individual, with their goals, strengths, and areas for improvement taken into account. No one gets lost in the crowd.
What’s Included:
Speed, Agility & Strength Training - $405 ($15 / session)
27 sessions - 3x per week:

Mobility and flexibility

Explosiveness and speed

Strength and durability

Movement efficiency and injury resistance
Small Group Skill Work - $200 ($20 / session)
10 small group skill work sessions. Athletes get the benefits of individualized coaching while still training in a competitive, focused environment. Limited group size ensures quality reps and personal attention every session.
Private Skill Work - $300 ($60 / session)
5 one-on-one sessions allow for deeper coaching, detailed mechanical adjustments, and a clear plan for continued improvement.
Schedule:
Life happens—vacations, games, and family schedules get busy. Sessions do not expire, ensuring your athlete gets the full value of the program.
Speed / Agility / Strength - Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Group / Private Skill Work - Scheduled throughout the week for flexibility
