Athletes need the weight room for multiple reasons. Becoming physically stronger, less injury prone, and developing mental toughness are just a few. I specialize in overhead / rotational athletes, but am willing to work with any athlete who is looking to better themselves on and off the field.

MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT / CONSULTATION

Everyones body works differently. The movement assessment / consultation is the first step in developing an optimal program built just for you!

SEMI- PRIVATE TRAINING

4 x Per Wk - $200 / Month

Semi-Private training gives the quality of 1 on 1 training in a group atmosphere! Max group size is limited to 3 people. Pick how many days you would like to workout, and get started on your program!

ONLINE TRAINING

Days per week vary - $150 / Month

Online training gives you a custom program built around your goals and the resources you have available.
