Program Structure:

Recovery Block Wks 1 - 4

Sport is physically and mentally demanding. The recovery block is designed to help the athlete decompress from the season and rebuild a strong foundation for future training.

This block targets training that directly improves the metrics that matter. At the end of the day, numbers like your bench or squat only matter if they translate to better performance in your sport.

Expression Block Wks 9 - 12

This is where the work comes together. We sharpen our focus, raise the intensity, and prepare to   re-test in Week 12.

Post-Program 1 on 1 Meeting

Coaching athletes is more than writing great workouts. Even the best program fails without proper sleep, nutrition, stress management, and solid lifestyle habits. True progress also depends on trust between coach and athlete — something built over time. After each training phase, we review what went well, what didn’t, and identify the next focus for the athlete’s continued development.

Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private training gives the quality of 1 on 1 training in a group atmosphere!

Online Training

Days per week vary - $150 / Month

Online training gives you a custom program built around your goals and the resources you have available.
